There are all sorts of ways
to navigate life with a brain
that works a little differently.

Let’s find the way that works best for you.
You’re smart and creative and successful and you’re good at a lot of things. And you know your brain works differently. You’ve watched others sail through ordinary tasks that trip you up regularly!
You’ve thumbed through the books, listened to the podcasts, or sat in on webinars about how ADHD brains work, and while a lot of that stuff has been useful, you’re at a point where it’s simply not enough. There are still a lot of things that present challenges for you.

You have so many ideas, and want to make the best ones happen.
You’ve got lots of projects, and need better ways of visualizing your time.
You need more structure for creativity and passion projects, so there’s space in your days and weeks for what feeds your soul.
The paperwork, deadlines, and expectations of your work are driving you bananas, and you know there’s got to be a better way (even though you haven’t found it yet).

How
can I
help
you?
If the idea of working together intrigues you, the first step is to have a conversation. You can tell me what’s going on, and if we’re a fit to work together, great! We can talk about that, too.

A lifelong learner and educator, I spent 19 years as a classroom teacher prior to specializing in strengths-based, creative support for adults with ADHD. I speak at conferences and give talks about how to find your unique way of working successfully with your ADHD.
Also, I give presentations on topics including: Creating ADHD-friendly Workplaces, ADHD and Executive Function, Effective Communication Between people with ADHD and Neurotypicals, and ADHD Through an Epigenetic Lens.
